In order to continually improve the EQA and service quality, we established a specific department in general office to cope with the complaint and contact issues from our participants, clients and other sides.
The range of complaint includes fairness in EQA activity, service attitude, science of assessment report, timely report and confidentiality.
The way on receiving complaint can be letter(to SCCL office),email(office#sccl.org.cn),fax(86-21-68315722),telephone(86-21-68316300-1315), personal visiting, etc.
The contents of complaint should be recorded within 2days.
