Department of Clinical Chemistry and Immunology is one of the business departments of the Shanghai Center for Clinical Laboratory. It undertakes quality control, continuing education and training, testing system evaluation, standardization building, the establishment of clinical laboratory quality management system building, discipline construction, talent team construction, etc. The specific responsibilities are as follows:
Responsible for formulating the development plan for this department.
Responsible for the quality control of Clinical Chemistry and Immunology, including the formulation of technical standards and quality management regulations, and the organization and implementation of internal quality control, internal quality assessment, measurement audit, unannounced inspections, and on-site supervision.
Responsible for carrying out continuing education and training for Clinical Chemistry and Immunology, including national-level continuing education and training, quality management training, teaching in higher education institutions, advanced students or trainees teaching.
Responsible for the evaluation and management of Clinical Chemistry and Immunology testing systems, including the evaluation of instruments, reagents, and methods; responsible for Clinical Chemistry and Immunology testing, proficiency testing services, and technical cooperation.
Responsible for the standardization building of Clinical Chemistry and Immunology, including the development of reference materials, the development of quality control products, and the verification of correctness.
Responsible for the building of Clinical Chemistry and Immunology laboratory quality management system, including system documentation, personnel capability assessment, international and domestic capability comparison, performance verification, internal audit, supervision, continuous improvement, etc.
Responsible for the discipline construction of the department, including scientific research project management, academic paper writing, patent application, and declaration of research results.
Responsible for the talent development work of the department, including internal and external personnel training management, personnel career planning, etc.
Responsible for the design and improvement of Clinical Chemistry and Immunology professional information module, including internal quality control, internal quality assessment, unannounced inspections, LIS system, and other information systems.
Track, inspect and feedback the work plans, plans and project implementation within the scope of the department's responsibilities, and continuously improve the work following the actual work, and continuously improve the quality of work.
Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
