Founded in 1990, the Shanghai Yihua medical technology Co., Ltd is located in the Zhangjiang hi-tech park, China (Shanghai), in the trial free trade zone. It is a wholly owned subsidiary under Shanghai clinical laboratory. Formerly known as Hai Yihua clinical science and technology laboratory, it is China's earliest enterprise set for the development and production of in vitro diagnostic reagents, thus originating the “Yihua” brand.
Shanghai Yihua medical technology Co., Ltd was registered in the trade and industry bureau in April 1990, thus obtaining drug production and selling license from the Shanghai municipal health bureau. In 2004, following the Shanghai municipal government's reform, the department was relocated to the Pudong new area Zhangjiang hi-tech park, bio-medicine base 1011, Haxue road, 4th floor, covering an area of over 2,000 square meters with over 40 employees. The department’s main production and sales concern medical equipment belonging to the 1st, 2 and 3 categories.
